Yes you can! You would need to contact me with information about the image you have in mind.

When will I receive my order?

Since these are custom products, on average it's best to allow 10-21 days to allow for ordering, printing, packaging and shipping. Orders are not subject to cancellation should some unforeseen delay occur.

What happens if I have a problem with my order?

Quality issues with our products are extremely rare but we all make mistakes. If there is a minor flaw not caused by handling during shipping, please contact me immediately and follow these guidelines.
Contact me within 3 days of receiving the order. Please look over the piece in bright lighting when you receive it. Please take clear, sharp photos and an explanation of the defects so I can contact my lab partner and place a claim. If approved as a defect in workmanship, a replacement with the same specifications as the original order will be made.

What's Excluded from my Warranty ...
Prints are not returnable once you or someone else mounts, mats, frames, crops, or trims the print. Please inspect your print before having it mounted or framed.
Changes made to any hanging hardware, or changes made to the print surface is not covered. Any physical alteration voids our guarantee.

Do you have a studio I can visit?

We are working photographers so we do have a studio space. Unfortunately we do not have a Gallery space for my Landscape Photography as of yet.

What happens if the print is damaged during shipping?

I'll try to handle any shipping damage as quickly as possible. Be aware that all freight carriers have requirements to follow when making a claim. We must follow their steps for the claim to be covered.

All claims must be reported withing 36 hours of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Once I receive your email and your sharp, clear photos of the damage to the packaging and the artwork, I can begin the process of working with my lab to get a replacement ordered. Our lab will handle the claim with the shipper. You may be required to repack the damaged artwork in the same manner for return. A shipping label will be provided.
Artwork damaged because of a shipping issue, or delayed in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances, cannot be returned or cancelled. All damaged art claims will be replaced by my lab.

Please use care when removing prints from their packaging. Dents and creases are easy to occur if incorrectly handled. I cannot replace or refund a print that has been mishandled. If you are having it framed I recommend that you take it directly to your framer.

What's my return policy?

All my images ordered are considered custom and are not eligible for return. I take great care to ensure that the images displayed is done clearly and accurately. Unfortunately I am unable to account for the variation of uncalibrated computer monitors, and smart devices. I advise to view my website on a calibrated monitor when viewing and ordering my work. Thank you!
